With support from touring mega-company Live Nation, Madonna’s 2008 “Sticky and Sweet” tour will be sweeping through stadiums across the globe this fall.

As with all Madonna tours, this one promises to be INSANE with numerous dancers, performers and pyrotechnicians. Touring in support of recent Number One release, Hard Candy, Madonna will be hoping to recreate the success of 2006’s “Confessions” tour (the highest grossing solo female tour of all time — $194 million).

We expect a few more shows to be announced as Madonna’s touring schedule is finalized, but the rumours and confirmed dates are showing the usual stops in the UK, Europe, Canada and the US. Mark the dates on your calendar and try and lock down good seats early. Madonna shows are notorious sell-outs, with great seats being snapped up within seconds.

She may be getting on in years, but Madonna consistently puts on sensational shows with elaborate stage design. Even if you’re not there for the music, go for the circus.

Even though the North American leg of the tour doesn’t kick off until October in New Jersey, don’t delay.
