Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

With 50+ stops across the US — including numerous outdoor festival concerts AND multiple shows in the same cities, Dave Mathews Band is one of the hardest working bands in music today.

Along with the hard work, Dave Mathew Band’s tickets are in increasing demand. Despite all of these stops in gigantic stadiums, tickets are going to be difficult to lock down.

Always a dependable summer touring force, DMB is a great act to catch outdoors — Specifically at Sasquatch!

Get your tickets early for the stops close by, or you’ll be sitting in the nosebleeds…or downloading bootlegs on the internet the next day. Don’t miss out.

ConcertGroove.com has all of your Dave Mathews Band touring news as well as all the hot new tours across North America for the Summer of 2008.

Alicia Keys to Kick Off Stadium Tour

Tuesday, April 15th, 2008

R&B mega-star Alicia Keys is set to kick off her 2008 Summer Tour — “As I Am”. Things will get rolling with “Today’s” outdoor concert series followed by a “Late Night With David Letterman” episode on April 29th.

Keys has been in the news lately for her activism as well as her musical prowess. She is just finishing a month long trip to Africa to support her organization, Keep a Child Alive — a foundation devoted to fighting AIDS in Africa.

That positive work, and press, has helped build quite a bit of buzz for the upcoming tour. Playing along with American Idol’s Jordin Sparks and Ne-Yo, Keys will be filling stadiums at about 30 stops across North America for this concert tour.

Things will wrap up in a homecoming show for Alicia Keys in Madison Square Garden on June 18th.

The Mac Is Back. Fleetwood Mac 2009 Tour Info

Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008

No, not that Mac…Fleetwood Mac. They’ve been off the touring radar for quite some time, but this legendary group seems poised and ready to take stages by storm in early 2009.

Although dates, cities, and even touring partners have yet to be confirmed, rumors are swirling about this 70s reunion. Currently in the rumor mix is none other than Sheryl Crow. Longtime friend of Stevie Nicks, Crow will reportedly be accompanying the group to compliment their sound and add a fresh, modern dynamic.

In another exciting twist, industry rumours also state that the band will be touring with some fresh material and new songs.

Again, none of this is confirmed, but all of this is exciting.

If the Fleetwood Mac rumours turn out to be true, DO NOT DELAY. Make sure to order your tickets early as this will be a sell out event.
